It is not necessary to reserve. If you think it will be a busy day you can pre-purchase your tickets online. If not it is first come first serve.
If you reserved it is important that you arrive 10 -15 minutes before your reserved time.

A reservation is for jumping only. Birthday parties get jump time, a private room or a table, and permission to bring in their own food.
There is no charge for spectators. Spectators are not permitted on the trampoline area and are welcome to visit the SkyLounge where they can watch their children from a second floor viewing area.
Normally, we do not suggest leaving children under 12, but as long as the child knows their pick up instructions then we allow the parent/legal guardian to make that decision.
SkyTag is a facility that is available for all ages, adults are able to enter without accompanying children.
Frequently Asked Questions – Trampolines
We allow the parent/legal guardian to make that decision. Depending on the time of day, there may be more smaller jumpers than older jumpers. You are welcome to come take a look at the whole facility before purchasing any jump times! There is no age minimum or no maximum, everyone is welcome!
Children aged 5 years and under can jump in the same area as others. However, a special price of 50% off the regular price jump ticket is offered to 1 accompanying parent with children under 5.
We have noticed that jumpers wearing regular socks had a higher risk of injury. Grip socks or bare feet allow you to adhere to the trampoline thus reducing the risk of injury. Therefore grip socks are sold at SkyTag or feel free to jump with bare feet.
Unfortunately, you lose the additional hour. No refunds will be given.
Not without a valid bracelet. Special prices exist for accompanying parents of children under 5.
At SKYTAG we do things differently; Our main focus in on safe play but, like any vigorous sport activity injuries can occur. It is no more dangerous than skiing, playing hockey or soccer where on occasion injuries may occur.

Yes, the laser tag section is open!
Laser Tag is great for almost any age from seven years old and upward. The packs are most comfortable on a child approximately 42 inches or 3.5 feet tall and need to be able to hold the equipment with both hands.
Each game takes approximately 40-50 minutes from start to finish including the distribution of rules and your scorecard. The session includes 4 consecutive games.
During winter months please bring indoor shoes. No wet boots / shoes permitted in the laser tag arena.
Additional sessions purchased on the same day can receive a 50% discount provided that we have enough capacity.

Unfortunately, not. However, if the room is not reserved after your event, you may rent the room at a rate of $25 per half-hour (which does not include additional jump time or laser tag time).
Tables may have a maximum of 4 non-paying guests. Small Private party rooms may have maximum of 6 non-paying guest (max 24 total guests). The Large Deluxe Party Room has a maximum of 8 non-paying guests (maximum of 36 total guests).
You may reserve a table at a rate of $50 per 1/2 hour and add your activity separately, however, the items that are included in a package such as a gift, water bottles, plates, utensils or a hostess will not be provided.
We gladly provide the utensils and small plates for the celebration cake. Any plates and utensils required for additional food that you may bring are your responsibility.
We have found that the allotted time for eating is sufficient. Should you feel that you require more time, you are welcome to add time (if it is available) at $25/half hour if available or reduce your activity time.
Yes, only people that have purchased a party package or a table rental are permitted to bring PARTY food into the facility.
Yes we charge $23.99* for an XL pizza (cheese or cheese and pepperoni) and $25.99* for all-dressed (*plus tax). We provide you utensils and tableware if SKYTAG orders the pizza for you.
A 24 hour notice is required if you would like SkyTag ensure that it is delivered on time.
We recommend that your guests arrive 15 minutes before your event begins.; unfortunately, no discount is given for guests who arrive late.
We recommend that you and your guests arrive 15 min before your event.
You will be greeted by your host/ess and we will place your cake in the freezer / fridge.
The host/ess will greet your guests and ensure that parents understand the safety policy. Parents/adults not jumping can visit the SkyLounge or parents remaining at the table must have a non participant bracelet. Once the activity is finished, your host/ess will gather your guests in the party room/at the table.
The cake will be served 15 minutes before the event end time.
We strongly suggest that the gifts be opened at home.
Guests will not be permitted to return to the trampolines or laser tag area afterwards. They may purchase additional jump time or laser tag sessions with special rates.
Our snack bar is not open yet, however we have vending machines.

2 – Combo - Add 60 minutes of jump time to Laser Tag party for only $9.99 per participant
