WAIVER, GENERAL RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

9281-3255 Quebec Inc., doing business under the name Centre SkyTag (known as « Centre SkyTag ») is a business operating in Québec and offering entertainment services, more particularly in trampoline activities such as trampoline jumps, trampoline dodgeball, trampoline basket-ball, aerial jumps, fitness classes, bouncing house, day camps and laser tag («Activities»).

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY – ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The participant and/or ticket holder expressly assumes all risk of personal injury, death or property loss resulting from any cause whatsoever inherent to the risks, dangers and hazards of using SkyTag facilities including but not limited to those resulting from equipment and/or staff; slipping and/or falling on and/or off equipment; collision with fixed objects and/or other participants or people; attempted jumps, runs, stunts, tumbles, somersaults, maneuvers and/or acrobatics; participation of multiple participants in Activities at one time; the physical condition, fitness and/or abilities of participants; weight differences between participants; and all other events, foreseeable or not; The Ticket Holder agrees that SkyTag shall not be liable for any such personal injuries, damages, possible death and/or property loss, and forever releases SkyTag and/or its employees, shareholders, administrators or any other representative from said loss and waives all claims with respect thereto.

THE PARTICIPATION IN SKYTAG ACTIVITIES POSES CERTAIN DANGERS AND RISKS.

BY PARTICIPATING IN SKYTAG ACTIVITIES YOU WAIVE AND RENOUNCE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO COMPENSATION FOR BODILY INJURY OR DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER.
